Challenge #38: I use pocket money to buy flatbread that looks like the moon over my hometown

Use the translated English lyrics below to find the title and artist of the song. Bonus points for providing a video or audio link. A short audio clip is provided as an additional hint, should you need it.

Buskers, go from east to west
In summer on pedestrian bridges, in winter on the subway
Playing a chord, singing popular songs
No one applauds, spare change falls on the ground
Rolls toward legs, bend over to pick up
Every day trying to get three meals, no time to worry about dignity
Use pocket money to buy flatbread, bread is like the moon over my hometown
Hold it with both hands, swallow it whole
Cold day, fingers frozen, cover mouth and blow hot air (on hands)
Don't dare to drink much water, fear the call of nature
Life is like a delicate instrument string, busking is like begging
Be inside the stream of people, can't worry about anything other than the hunger in the stomach
Five grains enter the latrine, all that remains is the hunger in the stomach
