Shows a lot of improvement, especially in terms of pronunciation. But that choppiness is still there. I can't believe you speak like that in everyday conversation. You need to concentrate on making your sentences as a whole sound right, not just the individual words.

 

And myself, I'd use 闽南话 instead of 福建话 but up to you.

Thanks for the honest and helpful feedback. I'm sure in everyday life I do speak somewhat differently because there's no recorder rolling. Probably sometimes for the better , sometimes for the worse. I'm going to focus on trying to smooth out the choppiness, and post another recording here when I think I've made some progress in that direction.

I've worked on trying to smoothing this out a little and feel this retake is better. I also asked a male italki teacher to fix any wording mistakes and record him naturally saying this dialog. Once he does that, I will work on shadowing/chorusing it. In there meantime, any improvement here?:
