Not really sure on the last one, but these were my first thoughts.

Kelsea：家伙们，真的吗 or 真是的 ?

Here are my thoughts:

1. Kelsea在泡澡

泡 is wrong. She's not taking a bath; she's taking a shower.

It should be: Kelsea在洗澡.

2. 43个人都觉得这挺惨的。

惨 is wrong.

It could be: 43个人都觉得这挺赞的。

3. Kelsea：同志们，你们很努力吧？

努力 is wrong.

I am not sure how to re-write this but I probably wouldn't use 同志们 either.

I'd probably say 你们很认真把？

According to iciba, 洗澡 has a generic meaning of "to bathe". Can you find a word that is more specific?

Also, 赞 is the word that Facebook uses in their Chinese interface.
