Here's my attempt:

1. Logan was hired to be Clint's guide; to send him to Babylon.

2. Clint needs to save his daughter. He wants Logan to help him go against the head of state and save his daughter. Logan say's he's afraid and does not want to.

3. Clint is willing to pay Logan double. Clint tells Logan that since he (Logan) has some debt to settle with 浩克帮, why not help him (Clint) save his daughter and get double the reward.

But why does Clint want to go to Babylon? Oh, and by the way, 浩克帮 refers to the Hunk Gang.

I actually had some trouble reading this, for some reason. In particular, how does the line

老子女儿要死

play into the answer?

@jbradfor: The dialogue isn't completely straightforward. There is a relatively large amount of information being given for such a small amount of text. That line in particular is pretty important, I think.
