I guess there's a reason it's the cheapest thing on the menu.

 

Also, I wonder why it just comes as a 'portion' rather than 500g...

I wonder which 内脏 they are referring to here?

 

I’m assuming that “per 份” refers to the entire edible portion of each 内脏...but I’m not talking from experience here! ;-)
