I think he/she wrote the second to last character wrong: should be 过 instead of 国，

Does it say yue, though? I was under the impression that yue was wider than it is tall, and ri vice versa. Thus it looks like ri to me.

That would make sense. I thought they were trying to write 过目, but that doesn't even sound right. After reading it was their first time studying I really didn't expect the rest to make sense, but look likes someone got a little coaching. if not, then I'm sincerely sorry - show off:tong !

erm, Quest, it should be 没想到是我吧 instead of 想不道到是我呢吧. even if it's correct, it should be this 到 instead of this 道.

I think Quest was pointing out that the 道 in the original was a mistake (hence the red) and should be replaced with 到, and not that the correct version is 想不道到. The same applies for the other part marked with red. Just mentally delete the red parts, and you'll have the corrected sentence. At least that's how I read it anyway.
