I have three sentences, the exact meaning of which I'm not sure about.

1) 看不懂就当看着玩

What does the part in bold mean? Also is 当 here read dāng or dàng?

2) 人家还不以为你是疯子啊

How does 还不 affect the meaning here? Does this sentence imply that people will think you are crazy or not crazy? An example of a situation where this sentence could be used would be appreciated.

3) 一开始是看人家聊天,可老有人和你聊,你又对不上话,着急

What does the part in bold mean?

1、当成，当做，dàng， the part in bold 的意思不好理解，要整句来理解，意思是“是看不懂不要紧，看多了就看懂了”。

2、还不，在疑问句里是肯定的意思，意思是“就是”。

1) 看不懂就当看着玩

If you don't understand, just take it as having fun.

It is used when you're appreciating something, or watching/looking/reading something.

玩 here is used to mean in a playful way.

2) 人家还不以为你是疯子啊

You must have done a lot of crazy things, so the person says 人家还不以为你是疯子啊 to show his/her surprise that it's odd that people still don't take you as nuts after you've done so many crazy things.

3) 一开始是看人家聊天,可老有人和你聊,你又对不上话,着急

In the beginning, you watch people chatting, but there're always people trying to chat with you. However, you cannot have a proper conversation with them. It's really like ants in the pants. 對不上 means cannot catch up/ match/ or not on the same wavelength.

It should be dàng, which is short for 当作(dàngzuo) here, meaning considering... as.

"就当看着玩" can be translated like just watching for joy, maybe. I'm not sure.

for this question , i have to add some words before my explanation. for those kind of phrases就当看着玩,就...着 are mostly used in northern china. as you see in the whole sentece 听不懂就当听着玩,this indicates that the speaker himself does not mind whether or not you can understand it and what's more ,the thing the speaker wants you to know is in itself trival and unimportant. so ,it's in this condition that the speaker takes an easy tone for this.

but if the things that you , as the speaker, who think that receiver must understand it and it's vital , you can't say like this.example,打不过就当打着玩, generally speaking, we do not have this kind of saying. when we are in battle or fight against sb, it is necessary to win it unless you really do not care about the result

yes ,you can use some other nouns to take the place of 话, example, 对不上号(码),对不上数(目),对不上人(头),

My translation is "Even if you don't understand it, just watch for fun. (assuming it's a movie)"

This appeared many of times as a result for the search, I believe it has just about the same meaning as 对不上.

對不到一塊兒 can mean the definitions I gave earlier.

對不到key can be used when singing somebody is out of tune. key here means 調

....you can google for the sentence examples of 對不到一塊兒 and 對不到key.
