D A V I D Posted September 15, 2006 at 10:00 PM Report Posted September 15, 2006 at 10:00 PM Hello all.. I am applying for BNU's Spring 2007 semester and was wondering when it exactly starts? Also, on the "Required Application Materials" part it states I need an original or a copy notarized by the issuing organization of my university diploma. Do you guys know if a copy not notarized is sufficient, since I live a distance from my undergrad university. Any response would be much appreciated. Quote
adrianlondon Posted September 16, 2006 at 03:17 AM Report Posted September 16, 2006 at 03:17 AM Your degree or diploma certificate will need to look like an original. Embossed and stamped or something. Or, I guess, a very good colour photocopy on some type of parchment paper ;) I originally sent a colour potocopy of my degree certificate and they regected it. BNU is very strict with the application materials. Just give them exactly what they want or, in true Chinese fashion, give them what you want to give them but TELL them it is what they asked for. Don't say "it's a copy, is that OK"; tell them "this is an official notarised copy". I don't know when the next semester starts. It's ages away - even by their slow reponses to emails, you might get one in time ;) Quote
