For the life of me, I can't figure out what "比谁都清楚" means in the following sentence:

你喝过中国白酒,也喝醉过,我看你应该比谁都清楚.

I would translate it as:

You've drunk chinese baijiu, and have been drunk, (so) I think you should be clearer than anybody (about it).

清楚 in here means 'know'. so the sentence translates to 'you have drank chinese baijiu before, and have gotten drunk from it, so i think you know (it) better than anyone else'.

比谁都 is used to show comparison between someone and other people.

比谁都好 - better than anyone else

比谁都漂亮 - more beautiful than anyone else

比谁都华丽 - more glamorous than anyone else.

Without any more context, I've no idea about what "比谁都清楚" concretely means either.

'I think you should be clearer than anybody about it'
