I know the phone card used is a Shanghai Liu Dong kinda card that starts with 8613*********. but i wanna check whether this number still in use, when i called, there is always a voicemail ' blah blah....pls call back later..' i wanna know whether the subscriber has changed his mobile phone number or not. who can i call to check?
