Guys,

How would you normally express this phrase, "赤子之心" in conversation?

What does it actually mean?

Thanks!

K.

It means you are sincere to your country, your homeland.

But we usually don't use it in conversation. The word is too normal.

“大人者不失其赤子之心者也。” ——《孟子·离娄下》

as Veronica Zhong said, it's an extremely normal expression that rarely appears in dialogue.
