"C'mon...." like in a persuasive context

and also

"Please" in the same context

In the persuasive context as you requested, you can say:

C'mon=好啦! 好啦!

Ex: C'mon! Go with us. It'll be fun! 好啦!好啦! 跟我們去嘛! 一定很好玩的.

Please=拜託(嘛)!

How about like in a market

Buyer - "The most I'll spend is 500RMB"

Seller - "I don't know.. this is worth much more"

Buyer - "C'mon...."

Same 好啦?

Well, I forgot to tell you that there are different ways to express the same word in different contexts. But of course, you can you use 好啦好啦 here too. In your example, it can be said:

Buyer: 我最多花500塊人民幣買.

Seller: 這樣啊...我不曉得耶...這不只這價錢.

Buyer: 1.好啦好啦...就五百啦!

2. 行啦行啦...就五百啦!

3. 可以啦可以啦....就五百啦!

4. 哎呀! 就這樣啦....就五百啦.

5. 拜託啦....(sounds begging)

In the earlier sentence example I gave--C'mon! Go with us. It'll be fun.--, you can also say:

走啦走啦! 跟我們去嘛! 一定很好玩的!
