Blogging in China and Saudi Arabia

I heard that all Internet bloggers in China will have to use their reall names if they want to blog. I wonder how this can be inforced and whether people will have to really follow this. It is disappointing, IMO. Even in Saudi Arabia, a country with very strict sharia rules and censorship, people starting resolving to blogging and it's quite wide-spread now

I consider China to have in general more freedoms than Saudi Arabia but not as far as Internet is concerned.
