finding clothing producers in china

I want to find somewhere to produce company shirts (not t-shirts..they are long sleeved, thick material.) I'm just looking for suggestions on how to find a good price. I've looked online in Chinese and English websites, but I'm a little worried about the being ripped off by finding a company online. Any ideas and how to seek them out?

use a sourcing agent who can overlook the production if needed

But they probably only take large quantity projects
