Cantonese-specific learning software recommendations

Howdy. I'm new to the site, but I have searched the "recommened" or "best-of" sections and all the software and programs that look really good seem to only apply to Mandarin.

I was wondering if there are any good programs out there?

Also, if some one has information on a good customizable off-line dictionary and/or Cantonese audio books, *crossing my fingers* I'd love to hear about it.
