Guangdong Development Bank is a bank of Mainland China, not Hong Kong.

The title of the thread is a bit misleading as we in Hong Kong sometimes call HSBC "Hongkong Bank" (a name which HSBC used in the past), so when I saw the title I thought wow Citicorp buying HSBC???
