cheap travel agents in beijing?

I've heard that china isn't a great place to buy airline tickets and that I should try to get them online; problem is next august i want to fly to the states and then back home to london from there and most of the online places I've found either send paper tickets (which end up expensive due to delivery) or only do flights from a uk or us departure. So if anyone could tell me of any cheap travel agents in beijing (in haidian preferably) or an online site that does e-tickets I'd be most grateful :)
