Am trying to teach a friend how to cook a few things and there's a particular meal I want to show her to make as I think she'll like it; so I was wondering if anyone knew where I'd be able to find celeriacs and butternuts (am pretty sure I've seen a swede in carrefour so I'm ok there...). Also does anyone know how to say any of those in chinese? Or how to ask for a shoulder of lamb? Do I liturally say 羊肉肩？
