Id like to see an old school 'mud' for this same purpose - learning, questing, fighting, collecing items, and all using Mandarin, but with the added bonus of it being multiplayer. Most of the current player base is North Americans brushing up on their writing and comprehension, but there is a growing base of native speakers from Asia as well.
