Anybody know where to find Beijing street sign photo

I am looking for a Beijing street sign photo of the former sign (removed last April) depicting the ban of small cars with less than 1 L engines. These signs were along Chang'an Jie or Ring Roads.

If anybody happens to know web address for this specific sign I would be greatly appreciative.

而且还有小排量车废气及噪声污染严重，安全性不达标、外观影响城市形象的问题。

Not sure how plausible I find those reasons though. 外观影响城市形象 is laughable.

The answer I've heard when asking Chinese people this question is somewhere along the lines of "small cars are cheap, and the city officials want to give the impression that the city is wealthy and developed, and therefore only bigger, (i.e. more expensive) cars are allowed, thus improving the image of the city".

They've had these rules for a while - remember, back before you had attractive Chery and Geely sub-compacts, small cars meant those Xialis that were liable to burst into flames at any moment, or even some home-brewed engine slapped onto a farm chassis - where the complaints about noise and pollution likely come from.

They'd do better to put up signs saying "Cars must have a uniform, unchipped paint job to drive on this road" to help the city's image these days.
