Could you help me write notes to my teachers?

I want to write notes to accompany small gifts that I am going to give my Chinese teachers. I'd really prefer that these notes be in correct Chinese. Could someone help me out?

To one teacher, I want to say: "Thank you for encouraging me in a class that was difficult for me. I really appreciate it." By the way, I really have appreciated this teacher's attitude very much and want him to know it.

I came up with "对我哪么难的课，很感谢您的鼓舞" How's that? But it doesn't seem heartfelt enough.

To another, I want to say: "Thank you for your kindness and helpfulness. Spoken Chinese is really interesting."

For this one, is it something like: "谢谢您的和蔼和帮助。口语真有意思"? (But actually if anyone has a suggestion, something with a bit more of a spoken flavor would be better.)

I need more, but I need these soonest :-) Thanks for any help!

The another one:多谢您的悉心帮助，口语课很有意思。
