David W Jackson Posted December 12, 2006 at 10:44 AM Report Posted December 12, 2006 at 10:44 AM Search doesn't help so maybe I dreamt it, but I thought I'd read somewhere that the ABC dictionary was available in Beijing. Anyone know where? (If it's close to Wudaokou all the better). Plus, Chinese Made Easier is recommended, can you buy it anywhere near here? One more question and then I'm done: most shops carry the RMB780 (more or less) Intensive Chinese software. Anyone tried it and rate it? Or any other China-produced software worth having. Thanks for any help. Told a lie, one more: anyone using desuggestopedia? Quote
roddy Posted December 12, 2006 at 01:07 PM Report Posted December 12, 2006 at 01:07 PM I've seen the ABC dictionary in the foreign languages bookstore on Wangfujing, but not recently or elsewhere - that said, I haven't looked. See here The Wangfujing Bookstore (separate but close to the above mentioned FL bookstore stocks Chinese Made Easier, but at last time of asking not tapes or CDs. Quote
