Guest Ange Posted March 17, 2004 at 02:21 AM Report Posted March 17, 2004 at 02:21 AM Hi Does anyone have any recommendations for an intensive Mandarin course in June/July this year? I am interested in going somewhere other than Beijing or Shanghai, and do not as yet have a strong preference for any one place. I have done a fair bit of research and sent off a whole load of emails to various unis. So far, Fujian University, Jilin University and Yantai University have come back and said that they offer summer courses. Also, a friend is studying at Soochow University at the moment and is making some enquiries on my behalf. Nanjing Uni have said that they only summer courses to groups but will organise private tuition, albeit at a relatively hefty price. Any advice/tips (esp on the above universities) would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch Quote
roddy Posted March 17, 2004 at 08:35 AM Report Posted March 17, 2004 at 08:35 AM A friend of mine took an individual HSK course at Nanjing Uni before Christmas, and was happy with the quality of the tuition - I know it's not much info, but it's a start . . . Roddy Quote
