Fu Da-Wei Posted December 25, 2006 at 03:52 PM Report Posted December 25, 2006 at 03:52 PM Chris ... Using the "adso" dictionary in 0.6.0., I brought up word for "woman" 女人 /nǚrén/, however the only pinyin that displayed was /rén/. It dropped /nǚ/ part, evidently not knowing how to deal with the "nv3" CEDICT doesn't have this problem. It appears due to the way the dictionaries format the pinyin: CEDICT nu:3 ren2 ADSO nv3 ren2 I'm guessing this is probably out of your hands. Still, I thought I'd mention it. Quote
bogleg Posted December 26, 2006 at 04:01 PM Report Posted December 26, 2006 at 04:01 PM Yeah, I'm aware of the problem. I will release a new version of the Adso plugin that addresses this issue soon. =) Thanks! Chris Quote

trevelyan Posted December 28, 2006 at 05:46 PM Report Posted December 28, 2006 at 05:46 PM Yes. Should be done by New Years. Quote
trevelyan Posted January 1, 2007 at 06:54 PM Report Posted January 1, 2007 at 06:54 PM Latest release is up at the usual place. Have been having hard drive problems with the master server, so haven't been able to automatically generate the missing pinyin/trad entries yet. That will have to wait until I get the hard drive swapped. Quote
