Buy Computer From China

I have a friend who lives in the Jinniu District.. that I want to buy a computer for .. this district is in the Northwest Sector of Chengdu ... I know there a number of computer stores in the area.. but to find one that is reliable .. also I expect they get paid in cash .. and not like USA where we can use a credit card

Of course I can send her the money so she can buy .. but I was trying to surprise my friend ..although it seems that this may not be practical ...would appreciate some suggestions .. as I live in Florida , USA
