Have their been any changes in the visa regulations in the last 3 months - or any loopholes discovered? I am an American citizen wanting to study full time but on an F visa so that I can legitimately work part time. The last time I checked it was no longer possible to get the suai bian 6 month visa in Hong Kong.

Has anyone ever considered opening up a forum specifically for this topic?
