zhwj Posted January 2, 2007 at 02:06 PM Report Posted January 2, 2007 at 02:06 PM Here's a comic from today's paper. It's not very funny, but that's nothing unusual: When/how did 小强 begin to be used as another word for 蟑螂? Everything I can find online points to Stephen Chow's Tang Bohu movie (《唐伯虎点秋香》) - did it really start with him? Quote
skylee Posted January 2, 2007 at 02:46 PM Report Posted January 2, 2007 at 02:46 PM YES. The other day I was chatting with a friend and just out of the blue we turned to that film and we simply could not stop laughing about that 小強 scene and that scene when stephen chow starts to sing 求神,求神,誠心拜佛來求靈神。。。 HAHAHAHA. And who was Qiuxiang? GONG LI !!! Quote

Quest Posted January 3, 2007 at 11:33 PM Report Posted January 3, 2007 at 11:33 PM 是唐伯虎点秋香吗?以前看没有留意。一直以为是由男亲女爱里黄子华兴起的。 Quote
