skylee Posted January 10, 2007 at 08:51 AM Report Posted January 10, 2007 at 08:51 AM What is the subject matter of the sculpture? You could consider 不讓鬚眉 (bu rang xu mei) if you want to express that women are as strong and as good as the other sex. BTW, I have not read any of the books of the two names you quoted. Quote
gougou Posted January 10, 2007 at 09:14 AM Report Posted January 10, 2007 at 09:14 AM That might be because 木子美 is not exactly part of Chinese classical literature anthologies. However, she does have quite a following today, thanks to her controversial blog (NSFW if your boss reads Chinese(sh) ) 周卫慧 is better known as 卫慧, the author of the equally controversial Shanghai Baby.(上海宝贝) Quote
astro Posted January 10, 2007 at 11:03 AM Author Report Posted January 10, 2007 at 11:03 AM Hello! Simply I look for women writers who express themselves with freedom of which they feel. I would like to put short phrases in Chinese-English (or Japanese-English, or Korean-English). You can write to me? some phrase of Chinese or Japanese or koreanas writers for a sculpture? That sculpture will have phrases of women writers of many countries (excuses by my terrible English) Quote
