digitalized historical chinese encyclopedias needed

Dajia Hao,

I'm searching for digitalized, searchable (txt etc.) versions of older (imperial) chinese encyclopedias.

As my chinese language skills are not yet sufficient to search those files on my own in a sensible period of time I'd be highly grateful for any links to collections or sinlge downloadable files.

The following works are of particular interest but any other (even thematically specialized) titles would be fine.

Tang: 藝文類聚

法苑珠林

北堂书钞

酉阳杂俎

Song:冊府元龜

Ming: 三才圖會

词匯

Qing: 古今圖書集成 or 古今图书集成

四庫全書 or 四库全书

佩文韻俯

經籍籑詁

Thanks in advance!

http://guoxue.baidu.com/ is a place I go to a lot for searching texts, or just baidu

The other day I was at the Foreign Languages Bookstore on Wangfujing and asked how much their CD set of the Sikuquanshu was (like 15-20 CDs), and the guy didn't know, so he called his supervisor who told him it was 25,000 RMB !!! I just laughed and said no thanks. I think buying the books would be cheaper.
