derekws Posted January 21, 2007 at 05:04 PM Report Posted January 21, 2007 at 05:04 PM Hi all. Does anyone have an idea what sort of questions IUP asks in the phone interview? Anything about topics/vocabulary/grammar patterns would be great. Thanks derek Quote
doumeizhen Posted March 5, 2007 at 11:29 AM Report Posted March 5, 2007 at 11:29 AM Gosh, I feel awful letting the cat out of the bag, especially since I almost had a break-down before mine... but here you go: Basically, they ask you who you are and where you learned Chinese. You talk a little. Then you translate five sentences into English, and five into Chinese, at times using specific grammar structures. Contrary to what I expected there were no existential questions. Figures. Good luck. Quote
