bianfuxia Posted January 25, 2007 at 02:29 PM Report Posted January 25, 2007 at 02:29 PM Hello Beijingren, I just bought a painting (on paper) as a wedding gift for people in Australia. The original idea was to send it to a framer I know in my hometown and have them do the framing. Their quote was a bit high so I thought I'd see about getting it done here, and posting the whole thing back. That way I can get exactly what I want, too. Anyone know a decent place? The one I plan to use is opposite the Canon pro shop down near Wangfujing. What I want is acid-free ivory-coloured matt-board, a black alloy frame and glass with an acid-free foamcore, for a 45cm x 45cm piece of paper, with the matt-board being about 60x60. Normally I would do this myself but I don't have the angle cutter anymore. Very grateful for any recommendations some-one might have, and an indication of the appropriate price (roughly) - based on experience please! thanks a lot! Quote
