read and input chinese characters in pocketpc

Hi everyone, I just bought a pocket pc with windows mobile 5.0.

As i am living in China, they first gave me one chinese windows mobile, but I made them change it into english one, cause it is much more practical for me.

Now, I can not read chinese characters and, of course, can not write them.

Is there any way in which i could do this? -I mean, apart from reinstalling windows mobile in chinese.
