Hero Doug Posted February 11, 2007 at 04:16 AM Report Posted February 11, 2007 at 04:16 AM I'm wondering if anyone knows the translation for Teriyaki sauce. I'm getting bored with the limited number of dishes my girlfriend and I know how to cook and want to try cooking some other dishes. I don't know the Chinese for this sauce though, anyone know? Also, anyone know the recipi for Black Pepper and Beef from the Greenery Cafe in Chang Sha? (a long shot I know) Quote
liuzhou Posted February 11, 2007 at 04:37 AM Report Posted February 11, 2007 at 04:37 AM My dictionary gives 红烧的 for Teriyaki. However, this is also a Chinese cooking method, which is different. I'd go with 日本红烧的 Quote
