I've included the details below for anyone that's interested. Y The Road Less Hitch-Hiked: A 5 Year World Tour An public lecture presented by Ludovic Hubler Monday February 12th 7.30pm, Free The Bookworm, www.beijingbookworm.com (see map) Since January 1st 2003, Ludovic Hubler, a 29 year old French graduate with a Master of Science in Management, has been touring the world by hitchhiking with the challenge of completing the tour without spending a single cent on transport. Having appeared on over 30 TV stations and hundreds of newspapers across the world, he continues to share his experiences of hitchhiking 1,500 Kilometers of the Sahara desert, crossing the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans on sailing-boats, traveling to Antarctica on an ice-breaker and navigating his way through guerilla warfare and checkpoints in Colombia.
