Teachers will ideally have a university degree in any discipline and some teaching experience, however, we recognise that the most important qualities of teaching English to young Chinese learners is responsibility, energy and patience. Teachers will be paid a generous salary of 6500 - 7500 CNY per month (approx $840 - $965). The exact salary amount will depend on the teachers background (i.e. teaching experience, relevant qualifications). Furthermore, we will pay you an end of contract bonus to help cover the cost of your airfare to China. A total of 2500 CNY ($322) for six month contract' and 5000 CNY ($644)for 12 month contract' will be added to your final month's pay. Your work load will not be large as each contract is for a 16 hour working week.
