roddy Posted March 2, 2007 at 04:01 AM Report Posted March 2, 2007 at 04:01 AM This, I think might be very useful. It looks like it's designed for Chinese people who are trying to learn either Chinese or English financial vocabulary. Seems to be fully searchable, huge number of terms (it has 法国两或五年期公债, so I assume it's got everything else too), and can be browsed either in English or Chinese with (toneless) pinyin beside it. The explanations are given in Chinese, but fairly comprehensible Chinese, or (if you press the big friendly orange button) English. 1. 线状图(line chart)是最简单的图形。线状图仅显示价格随时间推移而变化的情形,价格以点表示,然后用线将点连接起来。 The Link Quote
imron Posted March 2, 2007 at 11:04 AM Report Posted March 2, 2007 at 11:04 AM Very nice! It does seem to be amazingly comprehensive. A little slow on the load times though. Quote
roddy Posted March 14, 2007 at 12:57 AM Author Report Posted March 14, 2007 at 12:57 AM It is coming in very handy, but you are right about the loading times. It wouldn't be so bad but it seems that a lot of the time you get a 'looking for X? See Y' message, rather than what you are looking for. Quote
