vndavid Posted March 3, 2007 at 03:42 PM Report Posted March 3, 2007 at 03:42 PM Hi! My name is David, I've studied Chinese in Beida for a year or so, and I want to come back to Beijing (or any other place in China) to keep studying Chinese. But my concern is that my chinese level is not high enough to enter into a chinese degree and not low enough to just keep studying Chinese. So, I'm looking for a program which includes: Standard Chinese and any other specialitazion like tourism, or something like that (not Business). I found that in BCLU they have programs like this and requested some information but they just told to keep looking at the web. Anyone know anything about this. My aim is to start this programs in January or February 2008. Thank you all in advance Quote

imron Posted March 6, 2007 at 11:34 AM Report Posted March 6, 2007 at 11:34 AM The chinese level required to go and study a degree/degree subjects usually isn't so high, HSK 6-7 or so for many universities. If you're at or above that level, then even if you think your Chinese isn't so great, doing a degree course in Chinese will give your language skills a big boost. If your Chinese isn't at that level, then I would suggest that just studying Chinese is probably still your best option. Quote
