How difficult is it to get into ICLP

I sent out my application for ICLP last week for the Summer and Year program and I am wondering how hard is it to get accepted into the program.

For those who have applied and gotten in:

Do they require the transcripts to be sealed in the envelope, or are unsealed original copies or photocopies of the original accepted?
