ckc_ucl Posted March 19, 2007 at 05:17 PM Report Posted March 19, 2007 at 05:17 PM This is for all you nightowls... I desperately need to print an e-ticket (RIGHT NOW!) and am wondering if anyone knows of any internet cafes (preferably in the Haidian area) with printers? Many thanks Quote
venture160 Posted March 19, 2007 at 07:25 PM Report Posted March 19, 2007 at 07:25 PM I am not aware of anywhere that has printers. Look for a 打印 or 复印 sign and print stuff out. They usually have computers with internet connections, although they charge extra for using their equipment, but its a small fee Quote
roddy Posted March 20, 2007 at 12:55 AM Report Posted March 20, 2007 at 12:55 AM Did you find anywhere? There's a listing of Internet Cafes in Haidian here, but it doesn't have information on opening hours or additional facilities like printing. Quote
adrianlondon Posted March 20, 2007 at 10:21 AM Report Posted March 20, 2007 at 10:21 AM When I flew back from Beijing with an e-ticket (not printed out) I was ready simply to show them the PDF file on my laptop at check-in. As it happens, no one really wants to see an e-ticket any more; they take your passport and look you up from there. If you checked in online (does any airline do that for Beijing airport?) then you will need to print something off, but you can always check-in at the desk instead. I'm aware that this message may be too late! Quote
FSO Posted March 20, 2007 at 11:43 AM Report Posted March 20, 2007 at 11:43 AM I know there are several Kinkos copy centers in Beijing, though I'm not certain they are 24-hour establishments (I've just never had a reason to use them so late). I know this thread is OBE, but wanted to add this for the benefit of future searches. Quote
