Private language schools (like Diqiucun) outside of Beijing?

Hi,

I am currently deciding where in China to study. Based on many of the threads, it seems a clear advantage in many respects to be in a city without so many foreigners (for example, in the northeast). However, the obvious drawback is that one does not have the same selection of universities and langauge schools to choose from. The flexibility and low cost of Diqiucun is appealing, but I wonder if there are similar schools outside of Beijing? Any experience?
