I write stuff down and then I forget what it means - duh! Can't remember what this means - wo3 xiang1 shi4 ba? (我想是吧)......?

Is it like "Me too" as in: A: I'll have a beer. B: Me too.

Could I say: 我也! or does that not make any sense in Chinese?

谢谢

To me, 我想是吧 means "I think it is!" as in "Is that his dad?" "I think so." Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

As for 我也, it sounds unbalanced. It sounds better if you also included the verb 我也是, 我也要啤酒, ....

I agree with Songyi. To elaborate, 也 is an adverb; thus, without a verb, the sentence is not grammatically correct, although people may understand. (However, I admit I use "我也“ as slang in response to the phrase "我爱你。“ 哈哈哈!)

Okay - thanks guys. I realise A: wo yao yi bei pijiu - B: wo ye yao

btw - must concentrate on my tones. Today I wanted to say "wo3 xiang3 shi4 ba" but it was understood as "wo3 xiang4 shi2 ba1" (我像十八) 哈哈哈!
