(我想是吧)......? Is it like "Me too" as in: A: I'll have a beer. B: Me too. Could I say: 我也! or does that not make any sense in Chinese? 谢谢 Quote

To elaborate, 也 is an adverb; thus, without a verb, the sentence is not grammatically correct, although people may understand.
