Chinese/English dictionary free for commercial use?

Is there any Chinese/English dictionary with license conditions such as the EDICT? http://www.csse.monash.edu.au/~jwb/edrdg/licence.html

I've been looking at doing something for learning Chinese and putting it online, but every license I've looked at makes me think I couldn't put Google ads and/or a donate button on it. The base dictionary would be such a small part of the overall effort I'm thinking of just typing in my own entries instead.

If the base dictionary is so small compared to what you plan to provide, then just let it away. Nobody will realize it.
