Learn Chinese, traditional classroom or skype online ? who can tell me?

As I want to learn Chinese, Some friends give me advise to go to China and study in a classroom . But I have no time. Some other people recommend online tutoring services. Anyone ever tried it on Skype? Who can tell me? Traditional classroom or skype tutor?
