bredmond812陈秉劲 Posted April 29, 2007 at 06:04 PM Report Posted April 29, 2007 at 06:04 PM There was a policy of reform during the early years of the PRC. It was somewhere around, or part of the First Five Year Plan. It was called "walking on two legs", and it has something to do with developing both the agriculture sector (the country-side), and the industrial sector (the cities) at the same time. It is going to be on teh test and i really cant find anythign in my notes about it, nor can i find anything online about it? does anybody know anything about this? although i will list the specific study guide question (see below), any information is useful. Explain the policy of "walking on two legs." When was it implimented? What problem(s) did it seek to solve? When/why was it abandoned? Thanks for your help in advance B red. Quote
