Summer Housing in Beijing

I'm a college student with plans to intern in Beijing this summer, in the vicinity of the Guo Mao center. Unfortunately, I'm currently having a little trouble finding housing. I was wondering if any of you know of methods of finding sublets/rooms for rent for the summer (other than, say, beijing's craigslist) that are relatively inexpensive (I'm not getting paid all that much this summer...). Also, is there an equivalent of google maps for directions in chinese cities? Thanks!
