大家好!

I came across some videos on Youtube from 我們這一家, a really funny cartoon! It's originally Japanese, but the videos were dubbed in Mandarin. I really enjoy the humor, and the opportunity to practice my Chinese!

I e-mailed the person who had uploaded the videos and asked if there was a website where I could buy the 正版 DVDs. I was sent back a link to this website:

http://www.gomy.com.tw/goodslist.asp?G_CateGory=961&affiliate_ID=0&display=imagetext

The price for a 全套 is $2,250 Taiwan dollars, I presume? That would amount to about $65 USD, right?

I am going to China this summer, and I remember the last time I went there was a store with many DVDs for sale. Many of them were boxed sets of cartoon series.

My question is... should I wait until I go to China to try to find them, or just purchase them online? Also, can anyone tell if the DVDs on that website are region-encoded?

Thanks so much!
