I am applying for a X1 visa and I lost the medical examination form that i previously submitted to my university so will the be any problem if i redo the medical examination in my country?

@kouch I did my X1 visa in Lyon. You don't need the medical form. You can do it in China, it's cheaper and faster. If you already did it you need to have all the original (Xray, blood test), in english it's better i think.

@ChTTay @Kemian

Thanks for your help guys. I thought those documents had to be shown for the visa, they are done now hopefully it will be ok in China !

Quick question: my previous Resident Permit is valid until July 31st. Registering in September for the new one, is it necessary to present Physical Examination Report? Student Guide says it isn't, but I wonder if it's same in practice as it is on paper. Thanks!

Help needed. Hi to all! I got my documents and admission notice shows full scholarship but JW202 form the field of self supporting is ticked and not scholarship. Am wondering whether this form is good for visa application or will it affect me? Your kind replies will be appreciated.

From what I know, you don't need a physicalexam to get a visa but you would need to get a physical exam once you get in China.

I just had my x-ray taken recentlg so I would need to bring that with me when I go to China just so I don't have to do it (based on what i have read in the past).
