Did anyone receive the scholarship for short term summer training before? How is Ren da's program and accommodation?

I heard that it is a shared bedroom with a private bathroom inside the flat. Can anyone confirm that with me? Other than Renda, what other university in Beijing is good for the Hsk short term program?
