any suggestions on how to learn Tibetan?

Just got back from a trip to Qinghai and I've decided to go back again. I really want to start to learn some Tibetan preferrably Kham Tibetan. Now I only know how to say "Thanks" in Kham Tibetan.

Does anybody know some useful ways to start learning Tibetan? :help

Go to some Tibetan monastery and speak to the monks, they usually speak a few languages and they're usually friendly.
