Pimsleur Transcript EZMandarin

Does anybody have any copies of the Pimsleur transcripts from EZMandarin? I printed the transcript for Mandarin one which I really like because of the compact style. Transcripts for the second and third levels should also be available, but I can't access these because the site is offline.
